When I was born, I had a small extention of the spine that stuck out. (tail) Anybody else have this gene?

If you are wondering, yes it was removed at birth. I still have a small scar.

Finally, a chance to voice what I'm really wanting to voice, and no one knows who I be. I don't have anything to say right now...but I'm glad I have got the opportunity to do so when I need to do so. So. More later

I know that mom never told you all this, but when I was born, I was originally a boy!

Okay, by the process of elimination this last anonymous comment is from Polly. Unless Dodie has been the originator of all the anonymous comments, it would explain why we never see her name show up.

No - This is Polly, and I did not talk about being born a boy...

Way! Don't Mom and Polly know what anonymous means???I wonder if they just don't know that you have to click the Anonymous button when commenting...

So anyhow, Alvin, I have this person in the family who I swear has some issues. He used to have this huge lump on his forehead, and when it was removed, I think they took a little more than the insignificant mass that the lump was...maybe got into some brainage. So, the problem is that he doesn't realize that he is somewhat bentover, and he keeps making a complete dork of himself...Everyone else in the family is like "don't even talk about it" because they don't know how to deal with it. They just won't accept that he's bentover, and they even encourage his constant dorkageness. I'm sick about it. Any thoughts??? Signed Anonymously Frustrated

Dear Frustrated,
A MOKITO is a commonly understood truth that members of a group all know to be true, but no on in the group is willing to bring the MOKITO out into the light of Day.
Are you have the courage here to bring out this MOKITO?
As Froid would say, me thinks you protest too much. It sounds like you may be projecting some of your own insecurities on to your grandfather. You need to understand that with aging come moles, bumps, nervous ticks, and yes even a potential curvature of the spine. Being a little bent over does not necessary mean your a dork, it just indicates age. And quite frankly, if you don't understand that, you are just plain stupid.
Your grandfather's condition is a very common one of people who are very intelectual. Often, the intense brain activity of these individuals puts out a kind of electromagnetic flux that can cause the condition know in the medical work as Crainial Lumpanemia. It is an extracranial condition and is easily treated with out patient superficial cosmetic removal.

Frustrated, you have not exposed a MOKITO. You have exposed your own insecurity, and that can be very good. My advise to you is... Leave the old man alone and get the log out of your own eye. (and get therapy - your a little sick)

A shoulder to lean on,
Alvin
